AN E-COMMERCE FOR FRESHLY HANDMADE DESSERTS
Twelve Cupcakes is a Singapore-based cupcakery specialising in delectably famous cupcakes to customisable fondant cakes. They pride themselves on their tenderly handmade desserts that are baked fresh daily. Their website was designed and developed with enhancing interactive features to help their 7 different product types take centre stage.
A MODERNISED REVAMP & SMOOTH ORDERING EXPERIENCE
Seeking to modernise their existing website whilst providing online ordering of their products to their customers, Twelve Cupcakes sought out Oangle for a website revamp. They provided islandwide delivery and desired for an e-Commerce website with the capabilities of customisable lead times required for their orders. Their main limitation was the need to establish delivery dates before customers could start ordering, as various products require varied advance order days. They also wanted the cupcake ordering experience to be similar to how they are ordered in-store — being able to view all the flavours and picking the numbers as if they were right at the store.
CUSTOMISED E-COMMERCE
Oangle went ahead to develop a customised booking management platform to aid in the administration of everyone involved in the booking process.
We developed an easy-to-maintain backend for the different user roles required. Users were able to view and edit fields specifically based on the permissions set. On each step of the journey, from client booking to the final drivers’ notification, we made sure that the respective users were updated on the booking statuses. Personalised email flows and notifications were created to tailor for each role to allow the ease of monitoring bookings.
ACCESSIBLE & RESPONSIVE
Designed for mobile devices in mind, we developed a responsive e-Commerce to ensure accessibility for all users despite their preferred browsing device. We performed a thorough QA (Quality Assurance) test on various devices and browsers to guarantee a reliable e-Commerce experience.
